How will anyone ever find Tutty now?

A total chat blackout in beginning zones is the worst idea they ever came up with, or a close second to personal store nerfs to 30 mins.

Players are going to quit in frustration just not being able to figure out chat because I doubt any new player will know about this hotfix.

I saw that person just sitting there in Eltnen. Why can't they just walk around and ban these people? It is this not a violation of the EULA to sit there with a bubble over her head selling a website. Is there a way to report them?

Yeah, they're using knee jerk reactions to a problem and aren't really addressing anything that is causing the problem. First off, the gibberish names could be filtered out, or have a report spam option. Banning ISPs or certain ranges (not sure if they're using US ISP's) but they have to do something, it will not go away. From what I can tell it is a problem still in Aion over in Korea and it has ruined the economy there.

And yeah, not being able to whisper your friends until level 10 is kind of a dick move. Or wait for it...if you friend someone, that is who you can talk to!!!!

I have to agree - these changes weren't the right way to address the problem.
