I feel a disturbance in the force…

Seriously, that’s what it’s been like for me all week. If you don’t follow me on twitter (woh, wait, why wouldn’t you?) then you may not be aware that I’ve been on vacation in St. Louis. Why St. Louis? Because it has a killer zoo, and tons of fun stuff for the kids. But, it’s possibly been the worst timed vacation ever. Not only has every day been unexpectedly close to record high temperatures – one day hit 96 – but I’ve been missing out on a constant stream of things that I love oh so very much. I’ve missed some World Cup games, I missed the ENTIRE 24 Hours of Le Mans (but thankfully, Audi won), and I’ve been missing all the E3 coverage. The only reason I know about any of it is from nightly Google reader skimming in-between various sweat inducing excursions, supper, and bed. I’ve really been anxious to blog about what I’m reading but even now, I type this ever so quietly next to where my kids are sleeping. So I have to keep this short.

Tomorrow, we get back on the road towards home, and hopefully I’ll be able to catch up on the news with more detail. I want to talk about some of the big announcements this week on the podcast, namely the 3DS and TOR info. But for now I want to hear from you guys and gals. What has been the biggest jaw dropper for you so far out of E3?

Hands down the TOR trailer, but when I consider how much of E3 we have left to go, I’m still anticipating bigger and even better.

Don’t forget to tour the Brewery, Kids love the horses. And there is free beer.

Sorry your vacation wasn’t what you had hoped, but lest you walk away with a negative impression of St. Louis, please know that there are tons of great things to do (in the a/c!) if you ever head back this way. Here’s a list to check before you travel next time: http://bit.ly/8YFKwZ Thanks!
