If you've ever thought it would be fun to game with the Multiplaying crew in an MMO, now is your chance. We're guilding up for Star Wars: The Old Republic under the guild name "Delusions of Grandeur" on the Republic side.

Many of our regular and guest podcast hosts come from our MMO guilds, so what you hear on the show is exactly the guild atmosphere you get in game. As individuals, our members are a diverse gaming group with interests in a variety of MMO focuses, and experiences that vary from hardcore to never MMO’d before. What brings us together is our dedication to having a play-as-you-like guild experience for all and what keeps us together is the social connection that builds naturally. This provides our members with a guild that will experience a wide range of what SWTOR will have to offer in a relaxed way. This works for us because in our guild, you choose your level of involvement. Any member, regardless of  guild rank, can organize any type of event as long as it does not break our guild laws.  We love when people get involved but we’re all playing as our lives allow and members shouldn’t be doing any more for the guild than they enjoy.  Being an easygoing group, we are a haven for players that need to progress at their own pace due to real life priorities, secure in the knowledge that  they will always be welcome in the guild. Members repay this understanding with dedication to the guild and their fellow members.

As lackadaisical as we can seem, it’s important to understand the pride we have in our group. We guild the person, not the character. That means we guild people based on their interactions rather than their accomplishments. Many of us consider our guild friendships just as valuable as the ones we’ve formed in our real lives. We take very seriously the actions and behavior of anyone who’s a member of the guild. Each member is a representative of the entire guild every day.  Remember that your actions reflect directly upon our reputation and should do so favorably.  What you should expect is a group that supports and relies upon each other to accomplish goals with a seasoned sense of humor.

We do tend to roll on a roleplaying server and SWTOR is no exception. We respect the community and although we don’t do so in guild, we encourage members to interact appropriately when corresponding with others in order to continue immersion.

If you think you might be interested in guilding up with us, check out our forums and post an introduction. Even if you choose not to join our guild, we still love having friends in the community, so stop by and join in on any conversations that interest you.

We reserve the right to deny/cancel guild membership at any time based on our guild laws, the whim of the guild leader(s), and/or any acts of douche-baggary committed.
