Many guilds are going to be hoping that the Force is strong with them now that BioWare has announced that Star Wars: The Old Republic has started their Guild Testing program.

The first wave of guilds is already invited, but they will be adding more. In order to qualify, guilds have to be active with a minimum of 10 members registered to the Guild HQ… and they mention that it may not hurt to post a recruitment thread on the forums. Eligible guilds will have an equal chance at being invited, regardless of size. Inviting guilds will allow BioWare to gather important information on how organized groups deal with the game systems and mechanics. With requirements being so reasonable, it may be time to choose your path and find a guild, if you haven’t already.
